Beads of Courage is competing for a large grant from Pepsi. They help children with life threatening illness like cancer mark their journey during treatment. Different beads are given for different treatments. It's a way to mark the successes of their treatment and help keep their spirits up and keep them positive.

This is a wonderful organization. It could sure use your votes. Voting only continues until July 31 so please vote often.

I finally decided to take the plunge and set up a deviant art account. I have always been reluctant to start one. I'm not sure why.
